Simply Scrumptious: Fettucini Alfredo's Perfect Asparagus

My daughter's wonderful friend, nicknamed Fettucini Alfredo, was over at our house while I made dinner the other day.  I was going to steam the asparagus and she told me a wonderful different way to make it:

1) Put some foil on a baking tray so it doesn't make a mess.
2) Wash asparagus and cut off the ends.
3) Put on some olive oil and salt
4) Bake until crisp-tender (I did a few minutes at 400 F

It was the best success I have ever had with this veggie--when dinner was finished there was hardly any left of the whole pan.
